Land Services

The Company has been involved in survey and land and acquisition efforts for IDOT since 1994 and is currently working on PTB 193-018 and 203-017. Project Tasks have included the preparation of route survey right-of-way plats, plats of easements and legal description as well as the robust use of GIS to manage the land acquisition efforts. Representative projects include the preparation of the Plat of Highway for the proposed Illiana Expressway, the land acquisition management and survey related tasks for the widening of Illinois Route 47 in both Kane County and McHenry County, and the widening of Illinois Route 171 in Cook County among many others.
