I-57 and I-294 Interchange Land Acquisition

Managed the Land Acquisition process for the I-57 and I-294 Interchange expansion project. Developed a GIS database that included all Plats of Acquisition needed for the construction phase of the project. Managed the appraisers and negotiators. Prepared reports for the Tollway and IDOT utilizing ARCGIS to graphically display the status of target acquisition parcels utilizing a red-yellow-green metric for status. Red meaning condemnation/quick take, yellow for in process and green for acquired. Each parcel contained attribute data and document management for use by each of the authorities and its negotiators, attorneys and appraisers.
